2. Information on the Ordering Process
The steps you need to take to place an order on https://shop.mevalia.de/de/ are explained below.
a. Shopping basket / order overview
Select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. This will add your selection to the shopping basket. You can change this selection at any time by changing the number of products right up to the point when you complete your order. You do this by reducing or increasing the number of products by clicking on the up or down arrow or by entering a number in the number field. You can remove a product from the shopping basket by clicking on the bin symbol next to the price of the product concerned. Clicking the "Checkout" button will take you to the next step in your order.
b. Authentication
You can now log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account or you can register to create a user account.
c. Entering the shipping address
You can now enter the details for the shipping and billing address. If you have already stored an address in the past, this step will be skipped. If you want to change the shipping and billing address, you can do this again in the next step.
d. Shipping method
You can now select your preferred shipping method and leave us a message about your order if necessary.
e. Selection of the payment method
You can now select your desired payment method and pay for your order by entering the relevant payment details.
f. Reviewing and finalising the order
Now you can check the selected products and the address you have entered one last time. The shipping and billing address can be changed at this stage by clicking on the "Edit" field. Click on the "Pay now" field to finalise the order. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is complete.
If any data is incorrect, you can still correct it at this point. To do this, you can simply click on the list at the top of the webpage and go back to the step you wish to correct. If you wish to correct input errors after completing the ordering process, simply send us an e-mail to info@mevalia.com. We will then correct the input errors manually where possible.
g. Confirmation after successful order
After successfully placing your order, you will immediately receive an overview of your order by e-mail: This e-mail contains the selected products, dispatch time, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. You will also be provided once again with the terms and conditions, payment information and cancellation information.
As soon as we have processed your order and the products are on their way to you, you will receive another e-mail informing you that your order has been fulfilled.
3. Available Contract Languages
The contract languages available are German, English, Polish, Hungarian and Spanish.
4. Information on the Storage of the Text of the Contract
The text of the contract is stored by the seller in digital form for the purpose of processing the contract and is kept for 3 years. The text of the contract is also sent to the customer by email immediately after conclusion of the contract, including all contractual terms and conditions. From here, the customer can retrieve the text of the contract as long as the customer has saved this e-mail in his/her inbox. If the customer requires the text of the contract after he/she has already deleted the e-mail, he/she can request the text of the contract within 3 years of the conclusion of the contract by emailing info@mevalia.com. The provider will then send the text of the contract to the customer again.
